Thanks for answering! I do eat alot of veggies (we have a CSA)but cant go without meat. Mostly chicken and turkey. I have done some spinning, but trying to get used to the trainer my husband bought me for Christmas. I have got to say, love being able to sit on my own bike with my own seat. I work with the trainer an hour a week and am lifting weights for homework twice a week and doing the elliptical and/or the bike twice a week. This just started on 1/1. Congrats on being 70 still riding a century!
