Have done about 14hrs in the new sidi shoes now
Bought these shoes due to having a bike fit done where i had new innersoles and wedges put in making my old shoe to small. Went from a 42 in shimano r315 to a 43 in the sidi
The shoe in length was about the same as shimano but the 43 gave me the extra room in the toe box i was looking for.
The heel retention system though good is not as good as the Shimano r315
The tongue in the shimano is more comfortable
The boa system gives a better overall fit and spreads the pressure on the foot better and gives a better incremental adjustment.
Overall the stiffness of the sole is excellent.
A very nice shoe.
