-- Bicycle fit
-- Cadence
-- Professional Medical Advice
-- Stretching and Strengthening Classes (Yoga/Pilates)
-- Ice
-- NSAIDs


And yes ... take time off. Do something to take your mind of your knees. Take up a different hobby for a while ... like photography, painting, music, canoeing, archery ...
