Gah! Injured my shoulder and back moving our household late December and just barely got my first commute this year this evening. Shoulder still hurts some, but I'm going to ride tomorrow too and see how it does.

A whopping 9.4 miles for me. At least my new commute is going to be about 9 or 10 miles each way and often 18 or 30 miles, as opposed to the 7 to 8 and sometimes 11 miles to and from our old place. Not as nice a commute for the most part, but I can rack up more miles.
