...I just drove five hours to discover that this is not the size described.
The TT is about 22 1/2" c-c and the seat tube is about 22 1/2" c-t.
It is still a way cool frame, probably of French origin, badged DBS.
Definitely butted tubing, and the lugs are obvious. Current wheels
are some older tubulars. If you wanted to raise the standover,
there's room for 27's.
I think he might mail it to you if you ask politely, but make sure you get
accurate measurements. From the striping and the Stronglight cottered
crank, as well as the interesting headset and the stem and bar it's
earlier than 70's. I'd buy and rework it were it my size, but it ain't.
