I'm 55, 6'1" and 235. Heaviest I've been and what used to be easy to drop 5, 10, 15 lbs----is now most difficult.
Took up riding my 1995 Trek hybrid and changing how I eat and drink. Went out and bought a new hybrid and dedicating myself to get under 200 lbs. This forum is good motivation!
