Bikes: Motobecane Fantom Cross; Cannondale Supersix replaced the Giant TCR which came to an untimely death by truck

Got to ride (read 'get dropped') 35 miles outside yesterday which turned into a FTP session. Verified my pFTP (paltry FTP) number that I got indoors.

Jan:
Running: 27.3 miles/ 1,798' gain
Riding: 76 mi / 3,934' gain
Trainer: 428 mi (23hr 53min)
