Just because I was on that team a few years ago and they raced only crits and had two really irritating people "in charge of" the 3s and 4s team. Now those people are gone, they still race mostly crits but are decent at it, and there's only really one guy I dislike and that is because he was super aggro and ran into me in a race once. He's not actually a bad or annoying guy when I've run into him elsewhere.

Also, you could wait a year, see how you're doing and look into MattMs or my team. Or maybe MattM will get tired of watching our ringers win things and he'll want to switch away from that blaze orange helmet too.
