I appreciate your effort at being helpful but - it ain't gonna work for me.
To put it into perspective, I got a huge sense of satisfaction that I was able to reprogram my U-verse remote to operate my new TV. Even at that, it took me 3 or 4 tries and calls to two different tech support persons.
My next challenge is getting my old (analog) DVD player to talk to my new television.
"I don't even know how the can-opener works." It's all beyond me, and ever shall be. That's why I am/we are an Apple household (work as well, for me): tech for idiots.
