Before you go switching everything...how long have you been riding this bike? I had pretty bad neck pain when I started riding but the fit was good...I just wasn't used to being in that position. After about 3 weeks off of my roadie getting back on it recently my neck hurt again...well it isn't really a hurt it is just sore/stiff. The bike fits properly though and I know after I put in some miles my next wont hurt.
