The eros was a 55cm, the trek is a 54cm.

The forward seat position eliminated knee pain I was having. If I move the seat back, the knee hurts constantly when riding.

I have been "fitted", although after doing some research it seems that the standard fitting procedure does not work for everyone.

I was able to race well and feel good on 100 mile rides with the old bike setup, so who is to say it was wrong? If it was wrong, why? What would the "right" setup have gained for me that I did not already have?

Thanks.
