I spent about 50% of what OP spent because I got cheaper helmet and headlights. The rest of the stuff was much the same. I also got Koolstop brakepads and a Fox 40 whistle. For $10 at Walmart I bought an ankle strap with fashing LEDs - I put this on my wrist when riding at night to make hand signals visible.
