I don't know whether there are valuable collectors' cruisers from the past few years but that looks a lot like the same frame and components you would find on any department store cruiser. Probably made by next or pacific cycles in China.

It probably won't break on you but it might be cheaper to just pick up a new one unless you want to deviate from stock components.
