There were a few SR FD's, all silver with holes in outer cage plate, these preceeded the black version. But perusing ebay listings there's reference that Campy didn't have a specific FD in it's earliest groups and that there wasn't a specific FD until '78. And yes, I have seen blue Super Record hub boxes.

My take on the hubs is this...it's symmantics. 'Record' hubs were used in 'Record', 'Nuovo' and 'Super' groups. Same hubs in different groups.
