ok, after a closer inspection, the front brake needs to be adjusted and the RD's limit screw isn't set right. i might replace the cables (not housing) but that will be for cosmetics more than function. the tension on the spokes is really low so i will need to address that in addition to truing the rear wheel. still not gonna touch the bearings though
