This challenge has been made before, but no one has ever taken up the gauntlet to build a complete bike with all death components.
There were some tires made that fit the bill also (their name escapes me - help me if you can) and of course such a bike would not be complete without a Simplex Delrin front derailleur.
I believe one would have to start with the Dayton Huffman Twinflex as the basis for anything to be called a Death Bike.
