How wide will you want your tires to be. Right now you are planning a paved trip, but will you ever want to take a trip where you might want wider tires?
I use 37mm wide tires on my 700c touring bike (first year of LHT production) on pavement. I have also used 40mm wide tires on a 26 inch wheel touring bike on pavement. And on my 26 inch touring bike on gravel trips I use 50mm wide tires.
I do not know how wide you can go with tires on a 520, that is one question you might want to ask the dealer. If you pack light, a 32mm tire might work ok, but I usually pack a bit heavier and I would want 37mm or 40mm wide tires for pavement touring.
Someone above suggested a 34 tooth cassette instead of 32. If you do that, before you leave home make sure that your chain is still long enough. I am content with 32t for my largest cassette cog, I use a 24t granny chainring.
