What year did they (probably an Italian first, if not a redo of something from the 1800's) start trimming the chainstays to get a 39inch wheelbase? I can't see how the decals would all survive and a probably foil columbus sticker wouldn't, so maybe it's Carnielli tubing, exclusive,
