Nah I'm making fun. Despite all the ceramic hype bike bearing assemblies are not rocket science. What could possibly be lacking in a standard industrial ball bearing for hubs or BB or head set. You go to the LBS and get some Norm Adams ball bearings and think all is well in the world. I don't know Norm Adams any more than I know Tool Supply. As long as the bearings don't look like sugar cubes, I'm happy.
