For the price that loose grade 25 steel bearings go for there is not much profit in substituting poor quality balls. Although there are some differences in quality between brands it's not worth worrying about. As long as the seller has a few hundred+ sales and positive reviews you're probably pretty safe. If I were looking for some bearings for a jet turbine engine on a Boeing 787 I would be a little more careful.
