Actually the thread was about connector compatibility and not batteries but yes those will work with MS type connectors as well. Still, the female connector on these is designed to use a male counterpart that has a sleeve designed to screw on to the female side. I have a battery with one of those and yes they will work with standard MS connectors however once again the connection will not be as tight or water resistant as the designed counterpart.
