I hope whoever is making this dingus will forgive me, but this doesn't look like a groundbreaking new technology, it just looks like a winder that's too small and doesn't apply enough tension in order to avoid using a mandrel and makes turns that are too tight and makes a part that still needs to be bagged or autoclaved.
Edit: my colleague on the CF side of the building says it's called a "fiber placement machine" and the only thing impressive about this one is the low price tag.
