Every subforum has had its cycle. I started on BF in Hybrid and Clyde/Athena, and there were hot heads and regulars, and predictable arguments and bans. Clyde's would go from big happy family to cut throat super fast. Now when I poke my nose in those subs, they almost feel unrecognizable. I honestly don't think the mods on any of these pages are overly aggressive, but I do think they miss some of the instigate and delete posts that end up getting the bullish folk banned. Just my opinion.
i started on clyde and realised it was kind of a feudal society where some felt they owned the place and were the lords of the manor and would get all huffy when a newby speaks without a respectful nod to the lord.
