Nice, you managed to nail all the "hot or not" points on which I was schooled. To me it looks like the bars need to roll forward just a wee bit, the steer tube needs to be cut, and the valve stem caps need to come off. Or at least be the same color. Aside of those three minor issues, I say hot.
