I only mention those options as possible future upgrades, no real need to change them until you need to.
The pedals are a better upgrade since you'll notice this upgrade more than you would a new wheelset.
A new wheelset sheds weight, clipless pedals help with efficiency.
I wouldn't worry about how the saddle look, its all about fit/feel.
If it fits its gold, if it doesn't you'll hate it.
Ride it like you stole it!
