I put bullhorns on an old 80's 10-speed because it's my preferred setup for commuting, but I'm missing the looks of the old drop-bar cabling. Do they make bar-end TT style levers with over-the-top cable routing? Every bar-end style lever I've seen routes under the tape.

If not, is it safe to clamp a pair of top-exit cross levers at the ends of bullhorns or do they need to be placed mid-bar?
