Gios Torino Full Campy - value

Hi everyone!
I am looking to buy a quality bike with good value.
Unfortunatley, I have absolutely no idea about the value and quality of vintage bikes.
I hope somebody can help me out and give me some good advice concerning my buying decision.
I am 6.1 ft and want a faaaast bike.

The bike is offered on craigslist. Here is the link with the seller's description and pictures of the bike:

And the description:

Very clean, very finely crafted Italian Road bike made by Gios Torino. Weighing in at only 23 pounds, this baby is a feather. Complete Campagnolo Record down to the chainring bolts. Cinelli Stem and Bars. Original hubs rebuilt with Velocity Synergy Rims. Beautiful lugged steel and fresh powder coat job.

Pic:

Cost: 600 Dollar

I am happy about any piece of information that you may have to share concerning this this bike and its value!

Cheers,
Otty
