Andrew Ross 37 year old was attacked by several dogs

Police identified all three dogs as pit bulls or pit bull mixes.
The incident happened shortly after 5 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Fair Oaks Avenue. Ross was walking his bicycle southbound when the dogs charged him from across the street, according to Ibarra.
