Hard workout for me today. Four sets of 5x30" sprint intervals, 30 seconds RBI, two minutes RBS, each set preceded by a ten second stomp. It bleepin'
hurt. I've been concentrating on getting ready for Rouge-Roubaix; my coach is starting to include stuff targeting my races after that, all of which include crits. I'm kinda glad I didn't have power for this workout, because I think the last two sets were somewhat pitiful.
