The 105s will be fine. Some CAAD10 models come with either the Tektro's or 105 brakes.

Brake caliper reach for road bikes has been pretty much standard for a long time. From the bike sage Sheldon Brown:

Currently, "short-reach" calipers usually offer a range of 39-49 mm. This has become the de-facto standard for "road" calipers, and can now be considered "normal", though it is also correct to call it "short."
