it is a Dahon outside folding post and and folds to the inside of the Link. This means you would need an inside folding post if the post is made for a Dahon. Another way to put it: my/ this Dahon post folds to the right and you would want one that folds to the left for it to end up on the outside.

Just to complicate it more: I actually wanted the fold to the outside like you are mentioning and just learned by mistake that my new post would end up on the inside. I am actually now super happy with the mistake now. It was a pain to get everything to be in the right place for riding and folding, but now that the work is done I like the inside fold because of the decrease in overall folded size. If you use an extension (litepro or aberhallo, etc.) this would not apply, but without those it is nice to be a bit more compact.
On my Tern, I spin the fork 180 after folding the handlepost. It folds to the left but after turning the steering it ends up on the right. The Jet stream Thor has says outside folding, so now that I am throughly confused, please set me straight...hee hee..
