yes...I went to a 23mm wide wheel from my stock 19mm (I'm guessing that's what they are the measure just under 20mm with calipers, my new set measures over 23mm).
Running a 23mm tire and 23mm wheel makes for a very confident ride. I've been very happy with my choice thus far. When I swapped back to stockers this winter, the difference was immediate.
