Bikes: 2013 Custom SA5w / Rohloff Tourster

First get a Phil BB, nothing better or easier to install.
Second get a ROHLOFF 14, also nothing easier to maintain. Deraillers are stupid in EVERY way.
Don't leave home without a dynohub.
Make the frame LONG and the stem short.
