If the wedge is jammed , and the stem is out of the way , use a punch or a old screwdriver and a hammer and give the wedge a hard blow to knot it out , one good hard blow should do it . usually the stem will keep the wedge from moving . If the bolt is long enough you can use it for the punch . Below means the bottom of the steering tube between the fork's legs there a opening .
