Hey Iam wondering how you finally resolved this. I too have a similar problemwith a headset I bought from Cyclocross world. I Ordered an OrbitC-40-CX, but box says No. 9M / cup / CC-CX /42. headset, NO . 9M / cc-cx /42. In the box I have a top cup but no bottom cup. This is supposedto be an integrated headset so therefore no cups. When I comparewhat I have been shipped with the Diagram in the Technical Data Sheet pulledfrom the FSA website, it is just not right. If I were to throw out thetop cup and place the bearing into the head tube it also does not fit flush.
Please let me know how you resolved this. Iwill be calling Cyclocross world tomorrow.
