It's a real bike and/or frame that I have not seen yet. Hopefully I will get the chance to view it tomorrow. The owner says it's in good shape, but "good" is very subjective. Since traveling is required, I at least wanted to get a feel for whether it was worth the effort and time. If the divide between what he is asking and what I want to spend seemed too great, then I wasn't even going to contact the owner. It sounds like it is worth the effort and will see if his "good" matches my own. Thanks for your input everyone.
