Rough rider Concorde

Here are pics of mine, newly acquired. The guy I got it from had it for the last five years. He built it into a single speed and used it for commuting. Most of the original parts have been removed. He told me most of the parts were Dura Ace. I'm going to clean it up, do a little spot touch up, and build it back up.

I'm not sure of the model (no indication on the bike) or the year, but I'm guessing '91 or '92. I assume it's Italian made, but the front and rear dropouts are Ultech. Anyone recognize the bottom bracket lug make, or any other details that tell the story?
