Decal. And since I built it up from the frame (with a non-matching Tange fork I sourced elsewhere), that's pretty much all I have to go on. Person I bought it from wasn't original owner. It does have the raised Italian colors saying it was contract made in Italy (by whoever they had doing it that year), but that's about it.
