You've got the PDM team paint job, so I bet you could narrow down your model year by checking out this PDM team info website, http://www.cyclingarchives.com/zoekploegvrij3.php. PDM apparently rode Concordes from 1986 to '92. Pick your year and any rider and see their team pictures at the bottom of their respective page. You might have to look at a few since their poses vary, blocking certain aspects of the bikes. Some photos are definitely better than others.

As a matter of fact I'm going to look at them too. I've only looked at the Collstrop Team info since my bike colors were close to theirs, but they only rode Concorde for a couple of years, maybe 92 to 94. I'm pretty sure my bikes a little older, maybe find something closer on the PDM pages.
