Ultegra cassette is a nice compromise over Dura-Ace because it's a lot cheaper. I like the KMC chains with the quicklink, plus it comes in different colors if you're willing to spend the extra money. Even with Shimano chains, I will install it with a quicklink instead of using the special pin, just less trouble...
