as far as slowing down,, compared to riding like I did as a teen ,, a whole bunch, but mentally tougher now.
how long biking?, used to ride a delivery bike in NYC and ride my ten speed for fun when I was a teen, got off the bike at 18 never got back on till 47
type of rides? do 20 miles every other day some hard hills involved, once in a while do 35+ when I have time.
yearly I would say under 1800 gets cold in winter here
no other activities, except in winter visit gym a few times a week (hate it)
