The guy who sold me the frame set told me it's a Leader frame and a Leader fork. I don't necessarily believe him, but whatever. He said the color on the fork is the closest match he could get. Doofus.
Yes, it's fixed, as I plan to race it. I have a thread on it in the track racing section.
There is a track in NYC (Queens) called Kissena. There's also Trexlertown, about a 90 minute drive from here. Having two this close is nice.
