I want to be there prior to 7:30am. Waking up at 4. Leaving at 4:30 on the dot. Getting there at 7-7:30 with room for error. Warming up 8:00 to 8:35 then ride around the parking lot until race time! Last time I was the first one there by a good 20 minutes. Organizers were not setup yet
