I think that's part of the issue, there's been so much going on in my life the last few years and the bike time has helped me deal with it... Or maybe not deal with it....

I love big hours, I just feel much more solid on the bike (even on a bad day) when I have lots of miles in my legs. Part of it is I like riding my bike too - not just suffering for 90 minutes and calling it a day. The key is knowing when to do big hours and when to cut back and up the intensity.
