good to see you have a sense of humor about it! BTW, i've had some success mentioning a "missed opportunity" to PB. they've, on occasion, cut me some slack and gave me a complimentary coupon or something. may be worth a try.

i think, it's because they have so darn many sales, that they feel their regular customers have a right to complain...
