That's fine you have that policy for your new hires, but when it comes to someone asking for help you guys feel the need to make fun of him for asking for help.
No there is not always someone who has the answer. That's just plain false.
I'm not saying that some vendors have staff that can't or won't help. I'm saying that the remedy is to shop elsewhere.
