You probably didn't get the "correct" wheel.
I'm too ignorant about the 10/11 speed free Hub body dimensions.
The 4.5mm spacer is used to put on a 7 speed cassette on a 8/9/10 speed body.
I "think" the 10/11 speed body is slightly longer yet, but I don't know by how much.
I imagine, using a bit more spacer would work.
The downside-
The longer the FH body is, the greater the amount of dish is required for the wheel.
Note how the DS spokes run "straighter" to the hub than the NDS-
This results in a greater difference between DS & NDS spoke tension.

Your hub should "work" with enough spacing, but the best scenario would have been a "true" 7 speed hub (getting harder to find a wheel set with that) which would have resulted in a more symmetrical wheel.
