Thanks. The bb is a UN26 so we're OK there at least - think I should take it out anyway in case someone cross-threaded or torqued it down too much? You're probably right about the headset, I'll have to get to that soon. It's been out a couple of times now, and so far it's awesome.

We're working on N-1 now, holding one bike for my stepdaughter and another cruiser is going to CL or more likely donated at the trash bin. Wife wants her MTB back to "as new" condition now that the kid isn't riding it, or else I'll be n+1 there also.
