You are not quite typical... those are some pretty long legs for a person of your height be they male or female.

Finding bicycles with shorter top tubes relative to the seat tube is difficult as production models are rare.

We have an older but nearly mint 63cm (seat tube) by 57.5cm (top tube) Norco Monterey road bicycle at our co-op... it would be quite suitable for light touring and group rides and is a rather well made steel bicycle.
