Mine has a hex nut head on the top of the binding bolt. The ebay one has a recessed Allen wrench head. Small difference.
Is your stem also stamped "British Made"? It should also have a date stamp. GB apparently made them with hex bolts in '78 and recessed bolts in '79. Here's another listing with the short-reach version of that stem, it may also have the recessed bolt, unfortunately it's hard to tell since it is missing:
